“Second Chance Seduction is a story of a second chance at love.  Edward, the eldest of the Talbot siblings, is divorced but still in love with his ex-wife, Savannah, and she still very much loves him.  Their five-year-old daughter is the catalyst that brings them back together when she becomes ill.  Readers will meet some unforgettable characters, like Savannah’s estranged mother, Nyle, who, simply put, is a piece of work.  And of course, readers will get to spend a little time with the lovable Talbot clan again—the down-to-earth Caribbean family for which the series is based,” Richardson said.

“I wrote this story because I think that Edward’s and Savannah’s story is an important one.  I think that people spend a great deal of time being unhappy, being in relationships for the wrong reasons, and just wasting time. Life is short, and you should be where you want to be, doing the things that you want to do, and you should absolutely be with the person who makes your heart sing—whomever that might be.  Too often we stay when we should go, or go when staying was what we really wanted to do.  We should be true to ourselves, and to the people connected to us.”

Connection is something that is important to Richardson, which is why she has plans to give readers more of the stories they’ve come to know and love.

“Currently I’m working on the fourth book in the Talbots of Harbour Island series.  I enjoy writing romance, however, my true love is mainstream fiction and YA, so I want to return to those genres.  I’m planning to re-release my first novel, As Real as It Gets and its sequel, From Here to Forever, as e-books this fall.  So many people fell in love with Charlotte, Maxie and Reece —those three friends looking for life and love in HotLanta.  I’m working on a third book in that series, Someday at Christmas, which is full of drama!  I’m self-publishing that book and planning for a December 2017 release.  I’m also considering some YA projects.  My young readers were in love with my Indigo Summer series, and I want to give them something to look forward to,” she said.
